1The agreement

Accepting these terms

By using remotesalescareers.io (the “site”), you accept these Terms. The same applies when you apply through our form, book a hiring call, buy a service or join our channels. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

Remote Sales Careers (“we”, “us”) connects remote sales professionals in Latin America and the Caribbean with international companies. We also share training, tools and advice for remote sales work. Our legal entity is legal entity name and registered address.

Who can use the site

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to act for it.

2For candidates

Applying is free

We never ask candidates for money to apply, interview, train or be placed. If anyone asks you to pay in our name, it isn’t us. Please tell us so we can act on it.

Your information

Give accurate details about your identity, experience, skills, language level and availability. We may verify what you share, and we may decline or remove an application that isn’t accurate.

No promise of a role

We work to match you with suitable roles, but we can’t promise an interview, an offer, a start date or a specific income. Figures on the site, such as “$1,000 to $5,000 USD a month”, describe the range of roles we have filled. They are not an offer to you.

Your engagement

If you are hired, your pay, hours and duties are set in a separate agreement with the company or the staffing partner that engages you. That agreement governs your work.

Our partners

We run our application, screening and placement process together with recruiting and staffing partners. By applying, you allow us and these partners to review your application and present your profile to hiring companies, as our Privacy Policy explains.

3For companies

Hiring requests

Give accurate information about the role, its requirements, budget and timing, so we can introduce the right people.

Introductions

We introduce vetted candidates. The hiring decision is yours, and we can’t promise an introduction leads to a hire, or how a hire performs.

Fees and terms

Fees, replacement terms and other engagement terms go in a separate written agreement before work starts. You sign it with us or with our staffing partner. Booking a hiring call costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Hiring through the agreed process

Candidates we introduce are engaged through the process set out in your agreement. You agree not to hire or contract them directly, or through another party, outside that process for the period your agreement sets.

4Services and purchases

Done for you services

We sell some services, such as LinkedIn profile and company page work, recruiting campaigns and digital transformation projects, through our online store. Each offer page states what is included, the duration and the price.

Payment

Payments are processed by the store’s payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery time starts once we have what we need from you. Refund requests are handled under the terms shown at checkout and the consumer law that applies to you.

5Links, tools and referral links

Other sites

The site links to tools, stores and social networks run by others. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Referral links

Some links to tools are referral or affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission or credit, at no extra cost to you. It doesn’t change how we describe a tool.

Descriptions and prices

Tool descriptions and pricing tags were checked when written. Providers change their plans and prices, so confirm the details on their site before you buy.

6Using the site

Our content

The site’s text, design, illustrations and videos belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Anything else needs our written permission. Company and tool logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.

What you may not do

• Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity or experience.
• Try to reach accounts, systems or data that aren’t yours, or disrupt the site.
• Scrape or copy the site with automated tools beyond what our robots.txt allows.
• Use the site to send spam, or to contact our candidates for purposes unrelated to hiring them.

People shown in intro videos agreed to appear. Their results are their own and are not a promise of yours.

7Warranties and liability

Provided as is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We can’t promise it will always be available, free of errors or secure. We also can’t promise every piece of content is complete and current.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, income, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Your responsibility

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

Rights the law protects

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law where you live says cannot be limited.

8Ending access, law and changes

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the site. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as content ownership and liability, keep applying.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of governing law. Disputes go to the courts of court location, unless the law where you live lets you bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. Changes apply from that date, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.
